Jimena Iyari

Jimena Iyari is a body-based psychotherapist, Core Energetics practitioner, and Certified TRE Provider. She holds a Master’s in Integrative Gestalt Psychotherapy and a Master’s in Environmental Science & Policy from Columbia University. At IbogaQuest, Jimena brings a grounded, compassionate presence, supporting participants with warmth, attentive care, and deep respect for each person’s journey. Her work integrates somatic resources and harm reduction principles to create safe, transformative spaces for healing. Living in the forests of Tepoztlán, she draws inspiration from the natural world and honors the wisdom of animals and plants. Jimena’s path as an ibogaine provider is guided by a profound reverence for Bwiti and Buddhist traditions. She also serves as an assistant teacher at Instituto Corpore, a Core Energetics school in Mexico, and is completing the CIIS Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research.
